What exactly does fulfillment with you guys entail?
Overall we really are an extension of your brand. We will receive your products, store them, and ship out your orders to your customers.
Can I handle the customer service portion of fulfillment?
Unfortunately, we feel that it is the best process for both parties if we handle everything including customer service. You will have full access to everything and can see all that we do and say to your customers. Our goal is to streamline the fulfillment and customer service process as much as possible and provide an experience to your customers that matches your brand.
Can we provide custom poly bags for the pieces to go In?
Yes. We would either have you send your poly bags or poly mailers to our warehouse, or you can get them custom made through us. We will then use them to bag your pieces and ship your orders.
Can I do fulfillment If I make the products somewhere else?
Yes. We do allow you to do fulfillment with us, even if you don’t get all of your products made with us.
