HOW IT WORKS

BUILD THE TECH PACK

Once your design is approved, we turn every piece into a detailed production-ready tech pack. This gives our factory partners the specifications they need for fit, measurements, materials, colors, trims, artwork placement, and construction details.

SOURCE & CONFIRM

We send the tech packs to our factory, where we source the fabric and materials, review every detail, and confirm the production direction before sampling begins.

REVIEW THE SAMPLE

Your first pre-production sample is made so you can approve the fit, fabric, proportions, and design details. We make sure everything is approved before moving forward.

PRODUCE

Once your pre-production sample is approved, we move into bulk production to complete your order. When production is finished, your products are shipped directly to you—ready for your launch, store, event, or team.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Really, it depends on the product, but overall our standard turnaround time for cut and sew is 8 weeks. We are able to turn around products in a shorter time frame than that, as needed.

There are many reasons why you would choose cut and sew over decorative apparel. And they all come down to a customization in your design that you can't get using wholesale blanks. One common reason we see that brings people to choose cut and sew is that they can’t seem to find a blank that matches their favorite hoodie. With cut & sew we can reference that piece and recreate the fit, fabric and details for your brand. Other reasons we see are things like color block sleeves or hoods, or an oversize embroidery location.
